If you are thinking about purchasing a bird/parrot from Fancy Pets, please read the following.
Deposits are nonrefundable
Parrots priced at or below $149.99 requires 50% deposit Parrots priced at or above $250.00 requires 33.33% deposit
For 50% Deposits: From the day a deposit is placed, you have thirty (30) calendar days to
pay the balance. On the thirty-first (31) calendar day, you forfiet
your deposit & bird/parrot.
For 33.33% Deposits: From the day a deposit is placed, you have thirty (30) calendar days to make the second payment. Second payments not received in thirty (30) calendar days will forfiet the initial payment*. Final payments must be received no later than sixty (60) calendar days from the initial deposit. Final payments not received by the due date forfiet all payments made.
Once you are notified that your bird/parrot is ready to go home, you
have thirty (30) calendar days to pick up your bird. On the thirty-first (31) calendar day, a fee of $5.00/day is placed on the
bird/parrot to pay for food & housing.
If something happens to your bird/parrot (once a deposit has been paid), while
in the care of Fancy Pets, a timely replacement or a complete refund
will be offered. This is the only circumstance where a deposit is
refundable.
If you do not agree with any of the above, please do not purchase a
bird/parrot from Fancy Pets.
*The only exception to this would be mailed payments. Payment must be postmarked on or before the due date.
